1. In the plain part of decoration it's required to post a complete technical data on video file instead ofI don't have an idea what media player You are using, but in Media Player Classic it can be found here

2. Here we have 2 1080p HD Videos. For this type of videos by the tracker rules should be made at least 3 screenshots to check video quality. Screenshots should be made in the same resolution as the source video.
In Media Player Classic:
Media Player Classic -> File -> Save Image...

3. Screenlist should be made as follows:
Media Player Classic -> File -> Save Thumbnails

At least the following minimum requirements should be observed :
- Screenlist's width no more than 1200 px
- Minimum width of a single frame is 280 px
4. All graphics should be uploaded to fastpic.ru picture hosting web site.
All pics, excepting posters, should be used in preview mode.
Size of the preview picture should be set in the range from 150 to 350 px. It can be set here
